Micro Swiss High Temp Extruder Throat

This can be used to update the MK8 that is widely used on this machine. I have used it for more than 3 months now to print PET. The thermistor is limiting us to 290C, But I wouldn't feel comfortable pushing the MK8 any higher anyway.
